I do not speak English, how can I order on your website?
The website is currently available in both English and French. You can change the language directly on the website by clicking on the icon EN (on the top right) or typing the following url: https://www.silkonstans.com to access the French version.
What are the payments methods?

The item I want is out of stock, how often do you usually re-stock?
We aim to re-stock as quickly as possible, however it can take up to six weeks maximum. To avoid missing the next batch, make sure to activate the stock alerts on the website and receive an automatic email as soon as it is available again!
Are the items suitable for children?
All items are Adults One size fits most, however some are adjustable and can also be used on children i.e. scrunchies, baby hair scarf, donuts.
How to amend/cancel an order?
If you wish to amend/cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Providing that the order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly assist you with your request.
I would like to exchange/return an item. How should I proceed?

Can I buy SKS items at a local store?
Yes, some of our items can be found at our lovely distributors. Feel free to visit the tab Our Distributors to access the full list.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we certainly do! We aim to serve all crowns all around the world.
Do you do hand-delivery?
Unfortunately we do not ! We are a very small team, it is impossible to offer this service at the moment.
What are the delivery modes?
All orders are being tracked to ensure their good reception. There are two options:
- Tracked only
- Tracked against signature
What are the delivery times?
We endeavour to ship your orders within 48 hours. Shipping days are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Depending on the destination, the orders can take from 2 to 10 working days (indicative times) to be delivered. Feel free to visit the tab Delivery for further details.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

The tracking of my order says “dropped in my postbox” but I cannot find it. What should I do?

How to clean the accessories?
The silk satin fabric is quite delicate so we recommend you to hand-wash your accessories in cold water (lukewarm at worst) with a gentle soap and to
air-dry. It is not advised to put it in a washing machine nor tumble dryer. Feel free to visit the tab Washing Advice for further details.
How often should the accessories be cleaned?
First and foremost, it is strongly advised to clean all accessories before the first use. Then, for daily use accessories such as night bonnets, long bonnets, scrunchies etc... we would recommend about every 10-15 days. It depends on products build-up. A good tip could be to clean them as often as you shampoo your crown.
