EXCHANGE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
Only damaged or defective items can be exchanged, and as long as the return tag is still attached to the items.
Please note the Set of 3 Scrunchies, the Baby Hair Scarf and the Satin Donuts can not be exchanged.
To complete an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working days of receipt of the item. Please be aware that no exchange will be accepted after this period.
In order for Silkonstans to make the necessary checks, you must provide the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A comprehensive description of the damage
- Picture(s) of the damage area
An acknowledgment receipt email will be sent to you and your request will be dealt with within 5 working days.
Any return must be approved beforehand by Silkonstans. Without any approval, no return will be accepted.
If agreed, you must return the item, at your own expenses, within 5 working days of approval, at the address below:

We strongly recommend you use a trackable shipping service to make sure we receive the item. Otherwise, it is mandatory to provide us with proof of postage. Please email us at email@example.com to confirm the dispatch.
If you have paid through a Paypal account, please note that you are able to claim a shipping refund. To do so, you must opt for the Paypal service "Return Shipping on Us" and provide them with your posting receipts within 30 days from the date of return. For further information on this service, please click here.
If you haven't paid through a Paypal account, a discount code of the same amount will be sent to you, to refund you the return fee.
Once received and provided that the item corresponds with the claim, Silkonstans will proceed with the exchange of a similar item, subject to availability.
AMENDING YOUR ORDER
If you’ve made a mistake whilst ordering, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Providing that the order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to make the necessary amendments.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Providing that the order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly assist you with the cancellation.
