RETURN POLICY
We are sorry to hear that our products have not met your expectations.
Please note the set of 3 scrunchies, the baby hair scarf and any item on sale can not be returned nor refunded.
If you wish to return an item, change its size or its color, please note that you must do so within 28 days of receipt of the item.
To be eligible for a return, please see below the mandatory conditions:
- The item has been purchased for its regular price (not in sale).
- The item is unused and the return tag has not been removed.
- The item comes with its original packaging
- The return form is completed

Before returning your item, kindly ensure it is sealed tightly.
Please be aware that the shipping cost for returning your item is at your own expense. We strongly recommend you use a trackable shipping service to make sure we receive your item. Otherwise, it is mandatory to provide us with a proof of postage. Please contact us at info@silkonstans.com to confirm the dispatch.
If you have paid through a Paypal account, please note that you are able to claim a shipping refund. To do so, you must opt for the Paypal service "Return Shipping on Us" and provide them with your posting receipts within 30 days from the date of return. REFUND
Once the item is received, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you.
Provided that it meets the mandatory conditions, Silkonstans will issue a refund in the form of the original payment. Please note refunds do not include the shipping fees. Refunds can be credited within 7 to 14 working day depending on your bank institution.
If the item does not meet the mandatory conditions, it will be sent back to you to the original delivery address.
REFUND OF A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you wish to get a refund for a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@silkonstans.com within 3 working days of receipt. Please be aware that no refund will be accepted after this period.
In order for Silkonstans to make the necessary checks, you must provide the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A comprehensive description of the damage
- Picture(s) of the damage area
An acknowledgment receipt email will be sent to you and your request will be dealt with within 5 working days.
Any return must be approved beforehand by Silkonstans. Without any approval, no return will be accepted.
